Fever with loss of apetite and dizziness
Hello sir, i feel fever since last 3 days.. my hand and feet are normal cool but my neck and head little hot or i feel dizziness or light headness and loss of appetite and urine colour is brown and little irritation while urine passing..and on 2nd day of my fever i take 1 pill of 'Nimuslide p' at night or in night i feel very sweaty and now my fever come and go but other problem is same...

Take safer medicine for fever and bodyache paracetamol 500mg Nimulside is heavier on liver Antiallergic tablets are helpful Phenargan or Sinersest twice daily along with paracetamol Hygeine to be maintained by bath and wear cottons Lots of water and ors in different forms

Your fever can be either viral or bacterial. Either ways blood test to rule out viral fevers and fever from other causes is adviced.. You have irritation during urination as well... So high chances are you have UTI. If your fever persists inspite of taking otc drugs,  its highly recommended that you immediately consult a physician without further delay.

Take Cifixime 200mg 2 times a day for 3 day, Aceclofenac paracetamol combination 2 time a day for 3 day, Aciloc Rd 2 times a day for 3 day. Alkalizer syrup 20 ml 2 to 3 times a day with 200 ml water, take plenty of water all day
