Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What are you doing till now? Her health is not proper and you have not taken her to a doctor in person. What are you waiting for to happen? Give her plenty of fluids, electral, juices etc. Tab. Paragreat xr twice a day for fever and consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Elderly people should be taken care of esp for dehydration. If BP is low attention must be given. Please consult a doctor.
