  4. Fever with finger pain. Pls help!

Hi sir, i am Nandan 28 years old am suffering from joint pain in right hand middle finger and fever occasionally around once in 2 months and the same will be fine after some tablets. However in last few days the finger pain has started on left hand index finger too when i bend and some shivering issues also for both the hands.. i was absolutely fit and fine till 2017 September and all these issues have started only in last 3 months... am worried pls help
