Fever with chills goes to 103 ,patient diabetic ,aneamic hypertension, age 65yrs fever occurs for every 8 to 9 days, consultanted doctor ,done mountax test ,result nill, chest x rays says possible healed Koch s (fibrotic lesions are seen in the left perihilar area) ..what is the reason for fever for every 8 to 9 days ,malaria test also shows nil

Also, just Montoux test and chest x-ray isn't enough. .
