I had fever 100 degree last night with chills then I take dono 650 mg after 6 hr fever repeated with 101 degree I check my cbc I'm attaching it report no headache no cough no cold only feeling tired

Naved , though it sounds like viral fever but need further assessment to rule out dengue ,malaria , typhoid etc
