Fever with bitter tongue and dry eyes

I am suffering from fever from 3 days first day my eyes became dry and lite pain i cant watch even to mobile now its improved some what but i have bitter tongue from past 3 days cant eat anything only taking water and coconut water and ORS water and getting cold sweats at midnight getting shivers yesterday cold sweat is more and shivered i am feeling weak and i am taking dolo 650 from 2 days but after few hours or next day again fever is starting please provide solution to my problem
