Take following medicines for 3 days. Tab Dolo 650 1 tab 3 times a day, tab Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach. If excess vomiting then take tab. Ondem 4mg 1 tab 2 times a day.
