Fever, weakness. Is my fever was covid?

On 7th April i got fever with bad throat with irritation, I feel it could be covid but when i visit go Dr. He say take medicines for1 week,  even after that no relief,  you can go for test , i want to get test myself , but on those days labs r giving report in 3 days in delhi. I cured on 8th day on 15 april. After cured i felt very very weak, even taking full diet with 1 fruit daily, also i have some problem of fast heartbeat lasts for 2-3 hrs till 80-90/min. I took my treatment of 3 months & get fully cured. But these days , I happening very often even 2 -3 times a weak. I have a emergency medicine of beta blocker , formerly I need hardly 1-2 times a month. But after fever I need it 2-3 times a  week & this time it is around 90-100/min. What is this? DO I need to consult to my physician? Is my fever was covid? If yes, What tests we need after cured from covid ,now its around 20 days I got cured.
