Fever since last 5 days

My father has been diagnosed covid positive. He was getting continous fever since last three days around 101 and 103.. then doctor prescribed him steroids whicjh is mentioned below..now the main problem is his fever is not dere its 97.3 now but his O2 Level is in between 88 and 92 ...he is having a little cough
His medications are mentioned below....kindly suggest ia dere anything to worry about.....he is diabetic
Inj Huminsulin
NPH. 20. 18
Regular. 16. 16. 12
Tab Dexona (0.5mg) 6 tablets BD tomorrow then,
4 tablets BD for 2 days then,
2 tablets BD for 2 days then STOP
Tab Zedocef (200mg) two times a day for 3 days
