Hi, my daughter is diagnosed as dengue igm 14.41 positive and igg and ns1ag negative... Is it serious condition... 14 days back she started with fever... From Saturday she s not having fever... Past 5 days she didn't have fever

As you didn't mention the time the IgM was positive I assume that it was 2 weeks ago , Dengue is a serious medical condition and do not take it easy . Dengue can cause abdominal distension like symptoms because of third space loss of fluid in the recovery phase typically

Get a CBC ( atleast platelet count) and LFT ( albumin , AST , ALT )
