Fever since 2 days

Hi This is priyank Shukla , I am suffering from fever since 2 days. First I experienced cold after than had a fever. Visited a physician and did the blood test as well. Blood test has a increased level of WBC 13100 , doctor suggested me medicine dolo 650 augmentin 625 , nexpro and livocet. After taking the medicine I felt good but jaise hi medicine ka asar Kam hota h fever vapas ho ja raha h. Now after taking the dolo 650 the temperature is not getting down it between 99-100 f. I am having bodyache and headache as well . Feeling as a symptom of viral. Plz suggest me what should I do now , whether should go for platelets count or what??
