hectic cough and runny nose can be improved with antiallergics like levocetrizine 5mg to start with once a day for 3 to 4 days. generalised bodyache and fever will be mitigated by paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily for 3 to 4 days. have plenty of oral fluid. can have vitamin C supplement 3 to 4 gm daily for 2 weeks.
