  4. Fever Related. Wat should i do now.

I was in fever on 1 july on 5 july i took online consultation...dr.advised me take dolo650, azthromycin, vitamin c, multi vitamins. After taking medicine for 4 days i was totally fine but after 2 days i got fever again..i took same medicine for 3 days again..now i am okk...but i am witnessing pale yellow urine...wat should i do now.
