  4. Fever only. In for tests, please advise!

Only fever till hundred,head n body ache, weakness.since yesterday evening,took meftal forte, fever comes down n again goes up to hundred in 8 hours,feel slightly cold with fever,no shivering or sore throat or cold, feeling drained out n n dizzy,do I need to worry or go in for tests, please advise
