Fever nd body ache
Iam suffering from 103 degree fever since yesterday. Taking dolo 650. Throat is reddish. Taking vapour. Body is aching badly. Please help. Is it necessary to take antibiotic doxycycline?

In case of Viral Infection , antibiotics do more harm than benefit .
