  4. Fever last 10 days. Child 3y8m female.

Fever last 10 days
My child is suffering from fever last 10 days . Paracetamol and antibiotic  Medicine is continue . But no effect now I test CBC, WIDAL , MALARIA ALLERGIC, DOT-M IGM AND urine. It is found that igm comes 1:160 and ESR 24. All other test are normal.IS it typhoid fever. Is yes then what will be next step and what medicine and prevention to be taken. Age of child 3y8m female. Thanks sir
