If pt is asymptomatic nothing to be done, as baby is not taken the toxic dose range. If everyone in your family or you anxious means send serum paracetamol level.

Please check medication before giving to the child. This time it may be normal but second chances are rare for drug overdose without side effects.

Usual toxic dose for paracetamol poisoning is >150mg/kg and half life of paracetamol is around 4hrs. Since he has taken around 65mg/kg and it’s been 100hrs and he is asymptomatic with normal liver enzymes, nothing active is to be done other than monitoring. You can repeat LFT and PT/PTTK to reconfirm that liver is not compromised
