I am suffering from fever since 3 days. I have tiredness with headache. whatever I am eating, I immediately start vomiting. I have just noticed some rashness on my hand also. I just measured my body temperature and it was 99.5. I have taken dolo600 mg, pan 40 and texim-o 200

Hello dear patient you are having infection for sure but from your symptoms it's not clear which area of your body is having infection. If you are having rashes after taking antibiotics only then it can be due reaction to some tablet also. Keep drinking ors after vomiting to prevent dehydration.
