Fever from last 48hrs
I m having mild fever from last 48hours. I have taken dolo-650 bt it didn't come down. I don't have any respiration or breathing problem neither cold and cough. I didn't lost my taste and smell too. What shoud i do please suggest. Should i go for covid test or it is just a normal viral.
