Fever from 4 days

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have been suffering from fever since 4 days. Fever with chills and headache. when I take paracetamol fever is getting decrease and again increase after 3-4 hours and also developed running nose from yesterday on words...I had suffered from typhoid fever 6 months before. Fever is showing 99 to 100 farenheit...and also there is a burning sensation in my back from yesterday on words..no vomiting sensation but digginess is there. loose motion and burning sensation while passing urine.
