Fever for the last 4 days
My husband has been having fever since Thursday night (sep 1). Before him, i and my son recovered from fever and had same symptoms - fever, cough, runny nose etc. For my husband,  It was going till 102.8 and would come down max to 100 with dolo 650, and start rising again every 3 hours. We consulted a doc and he advised augmentin 625, along with meftal forte morning evening and dolo SOS. We started this medication from Saturday afternoon. Now the fever comes down to 97.7 after taking meftal forte, but comes back every 10-12 hours. And then suddenly rises. Example, this morning at 7am it was 97.7; at 9am it was 99.6 and at 10, it was 101. He has tested negative for covid. His lymphocytes are low in CBC report. His report is attached. I am feeling really worried as to why isn't fever subsiding. Pl guide.

Your Blood report is generally normal. It suggests viral fever. In viral fever temperature comes down with Paracetamol but rises again fast. You should take Paracetamol, Tab Vit C with Zinc and Magnesium , and Tab Cetrizine. That is sufficient.
