Fever for a week

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I've had mild fever (99) on every alternate day for the last one week. Went to see a doctor through practo and he said it's normal viral and will fade away in some time. I took azithral 500 mg course for 5 days and did not get fever then. However after exerting myself one day it resurfaced. What do I do now? Also, if I want a blood test to check any bigger issues, what blood test should I get done?
