My brother is 29 years old and he has had a  fever for the last 3 days and fever almost 102,103 a local doctor prescribed tests and after the report the doctor says he has both typhoid and dengue, and doctor prescribed paracetamol 650, mahacef cv 200, please the report and advise what he has

These two infections have nothing in common and there is no reason why a person should get both the infections together.
