Fever for 2days

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Had high fever for 2 days,102 degrees, on n off with weakness of body, started off as sorethroat.. was taking paracetamol only, fever subsided on 3rd day...but slight weakness present... Shd I get investigations done? Shd I start antibiotics?

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned you can take [ACFEX cap-500mg] twice a day for 3 days for infection and gargle with warm saline every 3 hours and if no fever then [paracetamol]is not required.
