Asked for Female, 3 Years

My niece is 3 year old. She is getting fever ever night since 2 days. Got a urine test done. Following are the result. Albumin trace was found. pH found is 7. Pus cells - 2 to 4 Epithelial cells- 1 to 2 Please guide as to what shall be done now.

Hello, Fever in kids really makes anxious, but since the fever is from 2 days it may be viral or bacterial it needs to be evaluated with physical examination in kids and also may require blood test. So I will advise to take opinion from pediatrician.
