Dear Sir/Madam .My wife has been suffering from fever from the past three days and having dry cough...Today morning temperature is 102..so please suggest me any pharmaceutical drugs

Please take her to a physician nearby. In the meantime give her Tab. Crocin 650 when the fever is 100 or more. For Dry cough give her warm saline gargles. No antibiotic till the investigations have been done prescribed by the doctor who examines her. Wish her a speedy recovery
