Fever , cough and cold, body pain.
My boyfriend recently recovered from fever (having from gas). Now he's again fell in fever. He's having 102° fever. And he's whole body is paining. He's helpless now. He's coughing and caught cold. I'm also worried. Please suggest me something.

Have to do RT PCR for COVID 19 to rule out covid infection in this pandemic and do more blood tests to know the cause of fever Need to ask few more questions about his illness Kindly consult , need to take detail history and start medication appropriately

For fever/body pain he can have Paracetamol 650 three times daily. For cough/cold  Cetrizine 5mg twice daily. This should help him temporarily . But need more information to differentiate the cause of fever
