My kid having fever from 98.6 to 100.6 F. Since yesterday. Still in fever, sneezing with runny nose. Bodyache. Pl advise for 6 years old boy

Give cetirizine syp 5ml two times for cood and paracetamol for fever...
If temperature is more than 99.4F then only its called fever....so your kid has mild fevver....
