Fever continue

Asked for Male, 26 Years

From the last 5 days suffering from fever . Temperature 100-101F if I take paracetamol 650 mg then fever becomes 99 but not further go down the temperature and time to time temperature increases. I have completed 4 days course of amoxyclav 625. But till temperature continue. Malaria typhoid test result normal.now doctor has prescribed azithromycin 500 and cefpodoxime tab for 3 days. Is it correct treatment ??

Yes but if after 3 days not controlled then should do xray chest, Ultrasound whole Abdomen and Fever Panel complete.
