Fever cold and headache
Hi doctor. I am having nose irritation, sore throat and slight fever since yesterday. I took crocin advanced but it's not that effective. Please suggest another medicine.

You have to take some general measures like taking hot fluids ( soups , oats and khacheri )
Warm saline gargles two to three times
For medicines
Take Tablet paracetamol 500 mg three time a day after meals for two days
Tablet montelukast 10 mg two times a day after meals for five days
Tablets azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 5 days
You will be alright with this treatment
