Hi, It's important to know about the duration of fever, cough and cold. Do you also have chicken pox? General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids, and Tab paracetamol 500mg SOS. Depending on duration and type of cough dry or wet antibiotics and cough syrup can be advised.
