Can tonsils be a symptom of covid 19 and i am also in fever but no runny nose and cough..i want suggestions..? Because in tonsils normal fever also happens..

Well the main presenting sign and symptom in Covid19 is Fever and a Dry Cough (80-90%) If you have problems (pain) in swallowing anything might be some infection in Throat ( pharynx or as you say in Tonsils) can chat and Consult properly as I need to more info.

Yes, throat pain and fever can be symptom of corona as well as normal flu. You need not worry about right now. Take some pain reliver like crocine for it. Do betadine gargle and take steam. Don’t go out. Don’t go to doctor immediately, if no relife in 2 days then only go.
