Fever anterior neck pain myalgia.
Since 20days.esr 60.wbc 14k.TSH 0.04.T3 2.8 T4 22. Mp, WIDAL,Bloodculture, anti TP0 negative.on NSAIDs and antibiotics.fever and anterior neck pain not subsiding.Chest x-ray normal usg thyroid hypoechoic module with normal vascularity with both lobe enlarged.Weight has been reduced from 84 to 79kgs

Usually thyroid hormone levels will come down within few days and then you should get it retested. Beware that in this condition you should not take thyroid suppressant for long time.
