Fever and skin rashes

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have fever for past 4 days and rashes on skin for past 10 days . I have consulted a dermatologist for skin problem but still i have fever and it vanishes when i take medicine like normal paracetamol but then again appears after the effect of tablet reduces.
