Hello, Heavy shivering and fever (101) on Sarurday night, i took Dolo 650 3 times on Sunday. Now i am feeling full sleepy, is there an immediate resolution now for this dullness? Thanks, Jagadeesh

Dolo alone does not usually cause drowsiness. It is possible that your lethargy is due to the fever itself. Take plenty of water.
