The normal stools of a breastfed baby are usually golden yellow and watery. Keep a watch on the urine output. Should be atleast 8 to 10 times in 24 hours. Babies can feel a little warm at times.
Next Steps
can repeat the temperature again and see.look for feeding and activity on your child.
Health Tips
in case child is drowsy, not feeding well, having decreased urine output or persistent fever then please see a doctor immediately.
