Fever and loose motions

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My daughter is having fever since last 4 days. NO fever in day time but at higher side at night. We are giving sinarest and augmentin but not observed much improvement as require. Asking because today is fifth day. In day time now she is again fine.

I assume she has been seen by your pediatrician. After giving antibiotics if she is not getting well then it could be viral infection which Will settle in another 1or2 days. If not then repeat examination and investigation will be required.Night time fever per se not giving any clue for any particular infection
