Fever and light cold, heating her head
My 4 years old daughter is not feeling well. Suffering from light fever around 99.9 f drom last night at 11:Pm on 27th Aug. We have given COLPAL 5ml at that time. After that it got temp reduced became normal 97 f . But again at 9 am today checked again it has 99.4 f . Ang again given COLPAL 5ml and SINAREST. Now at 12.30 pm check it has around 99.9 f. Still it became 3.30 hrs of time after given medicine .
So she is feeling weak , so asked to go sleep . We don't given any medicine and now she is sleeping. Could you please advise what to do now ASAP.

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If above symptoms appear,consult your paediatrician asap.
