Asked for Female, 22 Years

My mother has been suffering from mild fever since Wednesday night (6th Dec). She took calpol at that time but it didn't work. Next day she took cheston cold tablet, after which she's has been having headache. Last night she again took calpol but it's not working. Her body temperature is between 100° F to 101° F. She has runny nose too. What to do? Are these the symptoms of dengue?

Take tablet azithromycin 500mg once daily for 5days. Tablet dolo650 twice daily for 5 days Tablet sinarest once in after noon for 5 days Tablet montec LC once in night for five days. If not subsided with this by 3rd day, better do blood tests
