I've been getting fever and headache after eating acyclovir for my cold sore. Should I still continue eating it?

Hello well the first thing is I don't understand that why you are taking acyclovir for cold and sore throat has any doctor suggested you to take those medications or your self medicating secondly I will suggest you to do salt water gargling for sore throat and you will have to take Cetirizine tablets for your cold
