  4. Fever and diziness. He need to undergo?

My son he always had fever.. He'd been in and out to see doctor but still same.. Always had fever, I'm so worried for him.. Four days ago he had fever again. Now he is complaining dizziness.. Just want to ask any specialist I need to go and let them check my son?? And what further examination do he need to undergo?I'm so worried please help me
