Hi Doctor Having fever around 102 for 2 days and Today its 98 .Feeling acidic stomach and bitter taste. kindly advise. Thanks

Fever continuously for 3 days is because of viral or bacterial infection.. u can take paracetamol 650mg when it touches 100 degree.. drink plenty of fluids.. wait till tomorrow morning if it doesn't subside you have to take certain blood test to rule out the cause of fever
