Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have gone through CBC test.. results were - neutrophils are 32% and lymphocytes are 52% .. I am having fevera while and it itself automatically getting low, irregular bowl actions,cough,cold... These are the symptoms,I was this facing from last 6 days..
