  4. Fever along with headache. Paracetamol?

Fever along with headache
Having fever, sore throat, sneezing, body ache, since 2days , shivering occurred 1st day with fever reaching 103, then absolutely fine and now since morning constant headache and fever not dropping below 99.2 have taken paracetamol along with augmentin , any other medicine to take , please suggest or to take a higher doze of paracetamol??
