Fever after covid vaccine
I have take covidsheild yesterday. From yesterday night I am having body pain I have taken calpol 650. From today morning I am having fever 101 with body pain and headache. I have taken calpol 650 again but still I am having body pain and headache with light fever. What can I do? Can I take sinarest tab instead of calpol 650??

Fever, body pain, headache etc are common symptoms after covid vaccination..you can take  Paracetamol 650 mg ( Pyrigesic, Dolo, Calpol ..common brand names) 2-3 times a day after food  for 2 days. Take 1 tab Gelusil MPS before taking Paracetamol to prevent any acidity.

After effects of vaccine can be there for 48 hours. You can take paracetamol 650mg 6th hourly once if required and plenty of fluids.
