Fever (104) with chills

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I am a 1st year medical student my mother has chills followed by fever(104) and sweating since 7 days esr is 15 pc pf test is negative Widal test results are 1:80 does it mean Widal test positive doctors are suspecting it as viral fever and cefixime is given for 3 days along with ciproflaxin,paracetamol,rantac what might be the probable problem
