Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals.
Clavum 625 three times a day after food for 7 to ten days.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night after dinner for 5 days
Girilinctus syr 5 ml twice n 10 ml at night for five days.
Light non spicy, non fried diet.

Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab combiflam one every 8 hours, after meals for 3 days.
Syp. Grilinctus dx 5ml every 8hours for 5 days
Do hot saline gargles, 2 to 3 times per day.
