Take adult paracetamol suppository PR Stat
And take tab dolo 650 every 6 hrs and protect urself from outside cold and also do tap water sponging if ur temp rises. Is ur urine clear like do u have abdominal pain or burning micturation

Taking antibiotics just at the beginning of fever as mostly suggested by pharmacists now -a-days is very harmful. Fever may not always be due to bacterial infection .
Having said that, take Paracetamol 625mg two or three times, warm saline gargle and wait till tomorrow.
