Fever 102 n mild stomach pain

Asked for Female, 10 Years

Having fever today only @102 with mild pain in stomach... Stomach pain is occasional while standing up or sitting. Given calpol @2 pm but fever remains same @6pm again given same .. dose was 8 ml. Shall I switch to meftal 250 mg

The weight of the child is required. Secondly meftal only when indicated by the doctor. If your child weighs approximately 30-35kgs, can take 9-10ml of Paracetamol syrup 250mg / 5mL.. or better yet, take one tablet of Paracetamol 500mg. Can give every 4-6 hours with tepid sponging.
