Fever 101 from today

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Yesterday low fever today fever 101 ,went to doctor done blood tests,hb 14%,wbc 9000,rbc 5.2million,esr 10, platelet 1.83lks,mp negative,widal o 1:160,H 1:80, no motions or stomach pain for me ,last year also thypoid came but it is not reached 101 temp max last year it is 100 used so many antiboitics last year and then widal is 1:40,some days it will get low fever less than 100.,now today I get 101 how many days it will cure,and my weight is 95kgs,25yrsold,doctor prescribed to take dolo 650mg 2 tabs at once .Is it good or worst .I asked him about the dosage but he told me that as per weight the dose would be given
